Sweet relief!

CEO of Finngulf Yachts It’s all coming together, and all prefabricated modules in the interior fit nicely into place. It seems like there really is a point to spending thousands of hours on 3D modeling… Thus we welcome ourselves to the 21st century! The situation with FG43001 per today is as follows: the main bulkhead is laminated in place, the saloon stringers and bunk bottoms are laminated in place, the cabinetry units for the saloon are fitted, the forward heads module is laminated into place, the aft heads bottom module is laminated into place and the engine is installed. This dovetails nicely with my experience from building our other models; perceived progress as one sees it on the shop floor is very non-linear and things either seem to happen VERY quickly or excruciatingly SLOWLY. Fortunately, these last weeks have been ones of tangible progress. On the other hand, with 90 something days to go before launch this pace needs to continue. And it does. Hull number 3 is in the mold, and is expected in assembly by early February. I will also don my production hat for a while and put on my sales hat as the Helsinki Boat Show (February 8th-17th) approaches. Welcome to visit us in person if you have a chance.
